Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and must be present for the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to them. No exceptions will be granted.
  • More information will be emailed between booking and arrival.

Property Access

  • Rental includes access to the pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, adults-only and kiddie pools. During cooler months, at least one outdoor pool is typically heated.
  • Access to the onsite fitness center is included with the rental.
  • Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including transportation between towers/pool complex and houses.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, golf carts, or pets allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • For an added fee, guests may access Cinzia Spa for massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day to select activities (see Xplorie program details). Additional guests pay full price.
  • This offer is valid for stays of 27 days or less; some activities are seasonal.

  • Free parking is available.
  • No motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts are allowed in the parking area.

  • Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from late April to mid-October from the City's Beach Services stand located on the beach directly in front of the towers.
